The 7 Pools Run returns to Sutton Park on Sunday, 22nd March 2026, and registration is officially open.
Now in its latest edition, this 10k cross-country challenge continues to bring together runners of all levels, from seasoned club runners to charity participants and weekend joggers , all in support of a great local cause. As always, every penny of profit goes directly to Kids, the charity that supports disabled children, young people and their families.
Entry Fees
Early entry is now available online:
- £18 until 31st January 2026
- £20 from 1st February until 12th March
- £25 on the day, subject to availability

What to Expect
The run starts at 11:00 AM in Sutton Coldfield’s Sutton Park, following a scenic and sometimes muddy route through woodland, trails and , of course , past several of the park’s pools. It’s a rewarding course, whether you’re aiming for a fast time or just enjoying the challenge.
